Section 4 KYC Verification

Section 6 Withdrawals

Section 8 Gameplay Rules

Section 9 Sports Betting

The following conditions apply to all sports bets placed on slot32:

Section 10 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account, or registering under false, borrowed or another person's identity

• Colluding with other players in poker, casino or any other multiplayer game format

• Sharing or selling account access to other individuals
• Engaging in any activity that is fraudulent, abusive toward support staff or other users, or that disrupts the operation of the platform

Section 11 Account Suspension and Closure

slot32 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms
• The account is being used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 10
• KYC documents submitted are incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent
• Activity on the account suggests a risk of financial crime or fraud
• The account holder is under 18 years of age

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds held may be temporarily withheld. If the investigation confirms a breach, balances may be forfeited in full. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and funds returned.

You may close your slot32 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding wagering requirements.
